Case Doctor's Knife

The Doctor’s Knife is one of the oldest patterns still produced by Case. Its unique shape and multi-functionality made it an invaluable tool in a doctor’s bag of instruments. While this knife had many important functions, it specifically aided in giving medications to patients. The flat, square bolster was used to crush pills into a powder form while the narrow blade cut pills into halves or quarters.
