Victorinox Chef's Knife - 5 Inch - Black Fibrox

The illustrated Victorinox Knife is the Chef's Knife that features a 5-inch blade made of high carbon stainless steel with the Victorinox Eagle Crest logo etch. The ergonomic black Fibrox handle has been approved by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation).

Victorinox kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.

Of the four items I ordered three have performed at a very high level as I expected; only the peeler works OK but the handle is too small to fit your hand like the rest of the knives.
