Victorinox Chef's Knife - 6 Inch - Black Fibrox

The illustrated Victorinox Knife is the Chef's Knife that features a 6-inch blade made of high carbon stainless steel with the Victorinox Eagle Crest logo etch. The ergonomic black Fibrox handle has been approved by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation).

Victorinox kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.

Sharp and cut well. My husband likes that the the handle on Chef Knife has room so his knuckles don't hit the chopping board and is large enough.

One of my all time favorite knives! I've owned Forchner knives for 35 years and love all of them.
