This MODIFIED Spyderco Para 3 Knife features a 3" modified clip point blade made of CPM S45VN premium stainless steel with a ACID WASH finish, a notched choil and thumb ramp for secure grip, and the Spyderco hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The contoured, textured black G10 handle, 4.27" closed, comes with a nested Compression Lock, a lined lanyard hole, and a side to side and end to end reversible steel pocket clip. The Spyderco Para 3 Knife has an overall open length of 7.27", and it weighs 3 ounces. Made in the USA.

The knife came out just the way I was expecting . The all black hardware was definitely the way to go . The acid wash is dark. The action is smooth and so satisfying to flick open over and over . Would buy again forsure. I use this one for work because it’s much more pocketable then my para 2. I don’t have to add any extra touches to it to make it different so right out of the box I can just leave it that way forever . It’s sharp , not as sharp as my para 2 out of the box but good enough for work . The blade on the para 3 feels stocker . Not as thin towards the tip as my para 2 so I am not worried using it for work doing things I probably shouldn’t with a $200 dollar knife . Anyways , if you see one of these acid wash ones in stock don’t hesitate , just smash that buy button . You won’t regret it .

I was on the fence a little about ordering from the company because I had never heard about them. On top of that, I've never had a custom knife before. Based on the pictures I was a little skeptical about how the knife would actually come out.

Throw all those thoughts out the window!

I was beyond impressed. It looks even better in person. I fell in love. It really looks like they take pride in their work. Fit and finish was excellent and razor sharp. Do not hesitate to order! The pricing is excellent and the have a customer for life. No need for me to go anywhere else. Thank you!

I’ve bought several KP modified knives with acid washed blades and heat treated hardware. Sometimes the knives don’t offer the heat treat “liner” option but I can assure you that with a simple phone call or email to the KP staff, if you ask for this added treatment they accommodate without pause. Depending on the knife, blade, scars, etc, some just flow better with the liners done also, so don’t ever hesitate to request it if not offered on the particular knife you’re wanting. KP mods are always excellent choices, razor sharp & with great action.

I grabbed the G10 Para 3 with Acid Stonewash blade and clip. I also had the hardware bronze heat colored. After buying, selling, and returning other knives over the past year, I have finally found the one for me. This knife is amazing! It's perfectly centered, sharp, smooth opening and dropping. Knives Plus does an excellent job with their custom work. They respond to emails quickly and the shipping was so fast that USPS didn't have time to update tracking until it was out for delivery in 3 days! FANTASTIC! Thank you!!!

New to this hobby and had no idea what to expect with this website.

I literally couldn't be happier with the product or the shipping time. Get the bronzed hardware. It really suits the dark g10 and the acid etched blade.

I feel I got something special for my first custom knife, without veering into overly ostentatious territory. Just awesome work customizing this wonderful tool. I fidget with it all day at work, and the razor sharp blade has only cut me like two times MAX. Do you guys also customize bandaids...?
