The illustrated MODIFED Spyderco Knife is the Spyderco Yojimbo2 Knife, designed by personal defense trainer Michael Janich, that features an ACID STONEWASHED 3.11" Wharncliffe blade made of CPMS30V stainless steel. The ACID STONEWASHED blade of this Spyderco knife has a hollow grind and the Spyderco hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The contoured black G10 handle, 4.5" closed, has nested stainless steel liners for strength and a Compression Lock. A side to side and end to end reversible pocket clip is included with this Spyderco Knife. The MODIFIED Spyderco Yojimbo2 Knife has an overall length of 7.56" and it weighs 4 ounces. Made in the USA.

I ordered 2 modified Yojimbo 2s from Knives Plus, and I am blown away! The acid wash on the blade and clip are beautiful. It takes this knife to a whole different level in the low profile department. I also added the black hardware (a must!), which they installed, they event returned the original hardware. After placing my order, I called to ask if they could set one Yo up for right-side carry and the other for left-side carry, which they did. The person on the phone was very accomodating and said she'd note that on the order. To top it off the shipping was super fast. The price is great too considering for a few extra bucks you get mods that make this knife look like a custom work of art!. Oh, and they both arrived beyond shaving sharp! In fact, I've never seen knives this sharp before! If you've been eyeing up the moded YO2 just go for it! You'll love 'em! Thank you Knives Plus! I'll be back!

I ordered the Yojimbo 2 with the optional acid stone wash finish and bronze heat colored hardware and it looks amazing! Just like the pictures, the acid etch is nice and even with no noticeable “dark spots” or oil stains and the clip color matches the blade almost perfectly. The heat colored hardware is even as well and really sets the knife apart from a standard Yo2. The blade also really does shave as advertised as it removed a nice swath of hair from the back of my arm effortlessly. All well packaged in original Spyderco box and showed up at my door right on time. 10/10 recommend this company and their optional add-ons.

I ordered a Yojimbo2 with acid wash blade and black hardware. Shipping was crazy fast and knife is exactly what I was hoping for - custom looks without the hassle of of mailing it off to someone to get the customizations done.

Edge is wicked sharp and blade centering arrived perfect. Action was also imppecable. I had purchased another yojimbo (not from knivesplus) that required a bit of break in flipping before it was drop-shut. But this acid-washed one from knives plus arrived drop-shut but solid no-wiggle lockup out of the box. Couldn't be happier. Thanks!!

Received in a timely manner and Knives Plus communicated with me what ever questions I had. The knife came out awesome, the bronze heat treat on the hardware makes the green linen micarta gently pop against the acid wash blade. It feels knife in hand and the fit and finish, even with it not being OE is awesome.
The use of the knife is as to be expected although most might not like it for EDC. I find the wharnie to be awesome for EDC due to the geometry of the blade. I would definitely buy again!!!

Y-2 acid wash makes a difference-it is easier to
conceal. Sure the excellence of this blade and handle is common knowledge. However, why
would you want a tactical knife on display- the shiny clip is complimented by a satin blade. I want my blade muted and in the action ASAP. This point is open to debate but I don't believe in flashing my knife to scare an opponent into submission.
