Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. Zero Tolerance 0562TI Knife - 2 Tone Drop Point - Titanium

The ZT 0562TI Knife - a collaboration between ZT and Rick Hinderer, is a beefy EDC that features a 3.5-inch drop point blade made of premium CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, .156-inch thick. The blade has the exclusive Hinderer "slicer" grind for cutting efficiency and tip strength, a two tone stonewash and machine satin finish, notched thumb ramp for secure grip, studs that lock up against the frame for superior strength against sideways torque, and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The stonewash titanium handle, 4.8-inches closed, has ergonomic finger grooves for comfort, pivot with KVT ball bearing opening system, sturdy titanium frame lock with hardened steel lockbar insert and stabilizer, and a side to side reversible deep carry pocket clip at the butt end. The Zero Tolerance 0562TI Knife has an overall open length of 8.3-inches, and it weighs 5.3 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.
