Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. Bronze Heat Colored Hardware Add-On - The knife is disassembled and a small amount of heat is applied to the hardware to change it to a bronze color. This includes any screws, spacers, lanyard tubes, or clips that are satin. Acid stonewashed clips will not be heat colored.

Spyderco Knives: Spyderco Amalgam Knife, SP-C234CFP


The C234CFP Spyderco Amalgam knife is a workhorse of an EDC, designed by Brian Lai, that features a 3.80 inch drop point blade made of CPM S30V stainless steel with a full flat grind, a notched thumb rest for secure grip, Spyderco Trademark Round Hole and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The ergonomic carbon fiber G10 laminate handle, 5.10 inches closed, has a pronounced finger groove for secure purchase, Ball Bearing Washers for smooth opening, nested skeletonized stainless steel liners, sturdy Compression Lock, a lanyard hole, and a four position metal pocket clip. The Spyderco Amalgam Knife has an overall open length of 8.90 inches, and it weighs 4.3 ounces. Made in Taiwan.
