This MODIFIED PM2 is a member of the Spyderco Salt line-up featuring a 3.45 inch drop point blade, 0.145 inches thick, in satin finished CPM MagnaCut stainless steel and a black/yellow G10 handle, 4.82 inches long. This model boasts all of the well-known features of the Para Military 2 including the finger choil, jimping, 4-way reversible clip, compression lock, and lanyard hole while integrating the Salt Series corrosion resistant design.

The contoured, textured black/yellow G10 handle has been replaced with our exclusive SKINNY AWT (Applied Weapons Tech) Agent midnight blue aluminum scales. These scales are milled with the SKINNY profile in-mind. The liner has to be modified to work with these scales. The Agent scales feature a liner delete on the clip side, so only the one liner is used. Right hand tip-up carry only. The Spyderco Para Military 2 Knife with black blade has an overall length of 8.24 inches when open, and it weighs 3.7 ounces. Made in the USA.

This is the first mod of any brand that I have purchased. I have always been a bit apprehensive about buying mods but glad I made the leap. This mod came with the blade perfectly centered and no blade play. The color is smooth and uniform on both sides. And this skinny mod feels much better in my average size hands than the standard Paramilitary 2 handle. I will definitely be pursuing KnivesPlus’ website for other models.
