The MODIFIED C28FP2WK390 Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Lightweight K390 Wharncliffe Knife is a new iteration of a classic compact EDC that features an ACID STONEWASHED 2.28 inch REGROUND Wharncliffe blade made of Bohler-Uddeholm K390 tool steel, .098 inch thick. The REGROUND blade has a full flat grind, a notched thumb ramp for secure grip, and the Spyderco Hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The blue FRN (fiberglass nylon resin) handle, 3.33 inches closed, has ergonomic contours and Bi-Directional Texturing for secure purchase, sturdy lockback, a lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible wire clip mounted at the butt end. The MODIFIED Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Lightweight K390 Wharncliffe Knife has an overall open length of 5.58 inches, and it weighs 1.2 ounces. Made in Japan.

From the 2021 Spyderco Reveal 7 product guide: The Dragonfly 2 is one of the most size-efficient folding knives ever created, especially when expressed with a straight-edged Wharncliffe-style blade. When that blade is crafted from tough, wear-resistant K390 tool steel, the result is a compact, powerhouse cutting tool that will take and hold an exceptional edge.

Like the standard Dragonfly 2, this knife also features a user-friendly back lock, and a reversible deep-pocket wire clip, but its linerless FRN handle is molded in the signature blue color of Spyderco's K390 family of knives.

My son has one of these, and I love DF 2's. Had to wait on a restock, but got mine and it is a fine knife. Big recommend on this one. Sharp as can be. My thumb attests. I love the acid wash and the mod configuration.
