Sharpening Choil Add-On - A small notch that is ground into the edge where it meets the unsharpened part of the blade. This can help with keeping your sharpened edge straight. People either hate ‘em or love ‘em. This procedure can also be done at home with a small round diamond file.

Want it to shave? - $5.00

Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. Please keep in mind that items that receive this service are non-refundable. If you feel we have made a mistake, please contact us and we will make it right.

Install All Black Hardware (Original Hardware Included) - $20.00

Install All Black Hardware Add-On - Gives your knife a completely blacked-out look. The satin hardware (stock) is changed out with our ALL black hardware. We will also send the original hardware out with your order.

Bronze Heat Colored Screws ONLY Add-on - The knife is disassembled and a small amount of heat is applied to the hardware to change it to a bronze color. The pocket clip is left as is.

The illustrated Spyderco Knife is the MODIFIED Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight Knife that features a 2.9" blade made of VG10 stainless steel. The blade of this Spyderco knife has a full flat grind, a notched thumb ramp and an enlarged hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The RED DRAGON RIT DYED fiberglass reinforced nylon handle, 4.25" closed, has Bi-Directional texturing for maximum grip, skeletonized steel liners, a Boye dent lockback, and a lanyard hole. A side to side and end to end reversible black steel pocket clip is included with this Spyderco knife. The MODIFIED Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight Knife with flat ground blade and RED DRAGON RIT DYED handle has an overall open length of 7.15", and it weighs 2.3 ounces. Made in Japan.

I’ve been eyeing a Delica for over a year, and I finally pulled the trigger with this custom Red Rit dyed handle. Knifesplus did a great job with the Rit dye. I added the heat colored screws which really set this knife off. I’m a huge fan. The back lock isn’t anything close to the compression lock on some of the other Spyderco models, but I dig the lightweight look and feel. I just ordered a Lynch deep carry pocket clip to finish off this knife, and it will be a staple of my edc knife rotation :)

P.S. The customer service and shipping/processing times were excellent

I bought a dragon Red Delica with VG 10 steel and a yellow/ green Zome in S30V. I asked them to switch the scales for the knives and they did so. I wasn't sure they would but I got the order and they had done so. I also wanted to Rit Dye one of the knives and they told me what dye to get. They even picked out a knife with more of the color Zome that I wanted. I'll shop here again, no doubt.

This is my third purchase from Knives Plus and I remain a happy customer. All of them have been done well and are in my rotation. Two of them are Rit Dyed and have held up with no fading and no transfer of color. Recommended to anyone.
