The illustrated Spyderco Knife is the MODIFIED Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight Knife that features a 2.9" blade made of VG10 stainless steel. The blade of this Spyderco knife has a full flat grind WITH acid wash, a notched thumb ramp and an enlarged hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The CHERRY RED RIT DYED fiberglass reinforced nylon handle, 4.25" closed, has Bi-Directional texturing for maximum grip, skeletonized steel liners, a Boye dent lockback, and a lanyard hole. A side to side and end to end reversible black steel pocket clip is included with this Spyderco knife. The MODIFIED Spyderco Delica 4 Lightweight Knife with flat ground blade and CHERRY RED RIT DYED handle has an overall open length of 7.15", and it weighs 2.3 ounces. Made in Japan.

I purchased my first Delica sometime in the mid-1990s, I liked it but gave it away.

Over the years, I've purchased a variety of Spydercos, some of which are their Sprint
Run models, which are limited editions that come with different blade steels and different handle colors, and sometimes have improvements in design that will adopted in the standard models.

I've gotten to the point where I don't like to advertise that I am carrying a knife, so I don't like to use the pocket clips.

What this means is that I need a light, slim knife that slips to the bottom of my pocket.

Enter the Delica once again,now in its 4th generation, the most improved model in Spyderco's line-up.

It is simply a wonderful knife for slicing tasks with its thin, flat-ground blade.

And now, thanks to KnifesPlus, you can purchase a Delica4 virtually personalized without tracking down a Sprint Run for something out of the ordinary.

Mine is The Red Dragon, the best of the best.

Flawless transaction. the knife looked better in person than it did in the pictures and the delivery was prompt and trouble free. The blade is a little hard to deploy but ive read some of the ways to tune that up. If those dont work ill ask for advice.

Well done acid wash. the backlock bar, clip and the blade don't perfectly match but overall I think it's very good.

The blade came very sharp and all mechanisms work wonderfully. I would definitely consider purchasing another custom blade from the folks at KP

This delica was perfect. The acid wash is amazing and the rut dyed handles are perfect (the picture is a big more bright than the real thing) everything worked perfectly right out of the original syderco box. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique EDC.

This Delica went from zero to one hundred real quick, the acid stonewash is sick and the Dye job is perfect. No signs of a poor job whatsoever, 100% top notch. Edge is sharpened very well too. A+++
