MODIFIED Benchmade Mini Bugout 533 Knife - Acid Stonewash - KP Black Thumbstud & Standoffs - KP-533-6

The MODIFIED 533 Benchmade Mini Bugout is a scaled down version of the fiendishly popular Bugout EDC that features an acid stonewashed 2.82 inch drop point blade made of CPM S30V stainless steel, .09 inch thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60. The blade has an acid stonewashed finish, a top swedge to lessen weight and dual orange thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The slim orange Grivory handle, 3.70 inches closed, has checkered texturing for secure grip, sturdy AXIS Lock, a lanyard hole and a side to side reversible deep carry mini clip mounted at the butt end. We have replaced the orange aluminum thumbstud and standoffs with our KP Produced Black Stainless Steel Thumbstud and Standoffs. The MODIFIED Benchmade Mini Bugout has an overall open length of 6.49 inches, and it weighs 1.5 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.

Available in two different colorways, the Mini Bugout maintains the same material configuration as its full-sized counterparts in a 1.5 oz package. With a closed length of 3.7", this ultralight folder is small enough for a mint tin, yet big enough for adventure.

I have the Rogue Bladeworks scales on this and it’s the best knife in my collection, the resharpening left the blade sharper than one from Benchmade. The blade was perfectly centered and it was almost like it was already broken in. Love the acid bath and stonewash look, not too much and not too little, also hides any marking you may get on the blade from aggressive use. Definitely would recommend knives plus for Benchmade knives especially their custom ones. Love this knife!

Got this with the Mayhem scales. They add some thickness and weight but it is still very light and easy to carry. The mayhem scales Vary knife to knife and the ones that came on mine look great with the acid stonewash finish. It is one of the coolest knives I have handled and the action feels better with the titanium scales. It feels like a better value than the stock mini bugout with the modifications. I would buy it again or recommend it to anyone.

Very impressed with service and quality of workmanship!! Although knife was Modified still received original OEM parts, box and paperwork. Only question I have... is what to order next!?
