The MODIFIED 537GY-03 Benchmade Bailout Knife is a featherweight tactical EDC that features a 3.4-inch plain edge tanto blade which we have REGROUND to a drop point made of flexible and tough CPM-M4 tool steel, .090-inch thick. The blade has a non reflective Tungsten Gray Cerakote finish, a top swedge to lessen weight, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The slim profile dark black anodized 6061-T6 billet aluminum handle, 4.69- inches closed, has checkered texturing for secure grip, sturdy AXIS Lock, an aluminum pommel (for strength without weight) with an integral lanyard hole and carbide glass breaker, and a side-to-side reversible deep carry steel mini clip mounted at the butt end. The Benchmade Bailout Knife has an overall open length of 8.09-inches, and it weighs a mere 2.7 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.
