The Cold Steel Recon 1 with CPM S35VN blade steel! The 27CT Recon 1 Knife features a 4 inch clip point blade made of premium CPM S35VN stainless steel, 3.5mm thick, with a non reflective black DLC (Diamond Like Coat) finish, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The slim profile textured black G10 handle, 5 3/8 inches closed, has finger grooves for secure grip, sturdy Tri-Ad Lock, a lanyard hole, and ambidextrous pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The Recon 1 Knife with CPM S35VN steel blade has an overall open length of 9 3/8 inches, and it weighs 5.3 ounces. Made in Taiwan.

This is my first Cold Steel knife and it is worth every cent. Love it. Perfect weight and best grip of any knife I own. So far the blade has performed every task superbly. The best folding I have ever owned.
