Cold Steel Knives: Cold Steel Zy-Ex Ti-Lite Knife, 6" Blade, CS-26SXP

The illustrated Cold Steel Knife is the Cold Steel Zy-Ex Ti-Lite Knife designed in collaboration with custom knifemaker Phil Boguszewski. This Cold Steel Ti-Lite Knife has a 6" stiletto style blade made of AUS8A stainless steel, 4mm thick. The blade has a thumb stud for one hand opening, and dual blade extensions. The top blade extension serves as an index finger trigger opening option, and the two extensions form an integral guard when the blade is locked open. The drilled Zy-Ex handle, 7" closed, has a stainless steel leaf spring lock. A removable stainless steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Cold Steel knife. The Cold Steel Ti-Lite Knife with 6" blade and Zy-Ex handle has an overall length of 13" when open, and weighs 6.8 ounces.

This is an impressive knife. It's deployment alone is daunting to the unsuspecting.
Pros: It is surprisingly light and sharp! The action is smooth and has a solid lock up. The pocket clip is perfect to me. Easy in and out of pocket. With practice, you can pull the knife out and open the blade in one motion. Not necessary, but a nice feature. It has to be deliberate though.
Cons: I haven't found any yet.

Excellent quality blade, sharp with a very nice finish.
The lock is a little stiff, though that is normal, and will loosen with time.
Would highly recommend.

Nice handle, blade is definitely long enough and nice to have assisted opening. Good self-defense knife.
