Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. The C801I CIVIVI Baklash is a high quality value price EDC produced by CIVIVI, a subsidiary of WE Knife Company, that features a 3.5 inch drop point blade made of 9Cr18MoV stainless steel, .12 inches thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60, a hollow grind, swedged spine, non reflective black stonewash finish, notched thumb rest for secure grip, and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black G10 handle, 4.6 inches closed, has a classy black carbon fiber overlay, chamfered edges for comfort, pivot with stainless steel ball bearing support for smooth opening, stainless steel liners for strength, sturdy liner lock, black G10 back spacer with lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible deep carry stainless steel pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The WE CIVIVI Baklash Knife has an overall open length of 8.10 inches, and it weighs 3.88 ounces. Made in China.
