The illustrated Case Knife is the (LT1225LSS) Case Small Caliber Lockback Knife with a drop point blade made of stainless steel. The blade of this Case knife has a nail nick for opening. The lightweight black Zytel handle, 3" closed, has a lockback, and a lanyard hole. The Case Small Caliber Lockback Knife weighs .8 ounces.

Just what I was looking for. 10/01/2017

33 years ago I began working for a swimming pool service business. As part of my tool kit, I carried knives. I had about eight or 10 - $1 & $2.00 "throwaway" 1 1/2" folding pocket knives for cutting open caustic chemical packets. Even with constant care they only last a year or two - hence the cheap purchase price.
With them I also bought 5 drop point shade lock-backs. These were small job multi-purpose knives. I have lost or destroyed 4 of them over the last 3 decades. The two Case model 156s I bought are practically identical and sharpen up great. Since I am retired now, these two will probably outlast me.
Count me very satisfied.
