The Benchmade Osborne 940 Knife has been a highly regarded every day carry for many years. This Osborne 940 features a 3.40" reverse tanto blade made of CPM S30V stainless steel, .115" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60, a satin finish with a top swedge, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black G10 handle, 4.47" closed, has ergonomic milled contouring for secure grip, the ambidextrous AXIS Lock, green anodized barrel spacers for visual interest, and a side to side reversible pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The Benchmade Osborne 940 Knife with G10 handle has an overall open length of 7.87", and it weighs 2.65 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.

I bought quite a few knives over the last three years. A couple are in the $500 range and the rest are anywhere from $50-$200. But after getting Benchmade 940 G 10 with a perfect edge, I have found my 'always carry knife.' Knives Plus has a great price, and with their amazing five dollar sharpening service, I now have a knife that does everything just right. Thanks for putting all of this together for me!

I love Benchmade knives, especially their axis lock line. I've been wanting to get this knife for a long time and finally added it to my collection. It's more of a gentleman's folder which is fine with me. I prefer tactical edc knives but this knife is sleek and superb.

Benchmade came in perfectly centered and crazy sharp after getting the extra sharpening service. So sharp in fact that I accidentally cut my finger within 90 seconds of messing with it. 10/10, will be ordering from Knives Plus again in the future.

The G-10 scales were sanded too much taking out the nice checkering look. You have to use a magnifying glass to see it. Never criticize Benchmade but a little disappointed in this one.
