The 575-1 Benchmade Mini Presidio II Ultra Knife features a 3.20 inch drop point blade made of CPM S30V stainless steel, .114 inch thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-60. The blade has a satin finish, a top swedge to lessen weight, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black CF-Elite (carbon fiber reinforced nylon polymer) handle, 4.34 inches closed, has grooves and notches for secure grip, sturdy AXIS Lock, a lanyard hole and a side to side reversible pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The Benchmade Mini Presidio II Ultra Knife has an overall open length of 7.48 inches, and it weighs 3.19 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.

Simply put great heavy duty EDC!
I love the swedged drop point blade - stout enough to perform medium duty camp/bushcraft tasks, but surprisingly good carriability for those looking for a rugged EDC
The specifics:
-3.2 in swedged bade that is thick yet sharp and because of the swedge the knife is surprisingly light.
- Smooth and flawless Axis lock works consistently, allowing for quick and easy single-hand opening/closing with either hand.
- Solid quality feel. The balance is perfect, just behind the blade which is perfectly centered and has virtually no play. The lock-up is just as solid. The handle is of perfect thickness and nicely fills the hand. The carbon fiber scales are nicely textured - not rough but providing sufficient grip.
- Ergonomics are solid, though not quite as good as my Mannix 2 (though few knives are). Very comfortable to hold and the knurled choil facilitates fine work.
- Great large EDC due to slim profile and deep carry
