The illustrated Forschner Knife Set is the 6 Piece Forschner Paring Set that includes a Utility Knife with 4 1/2" wavy round tip blade, a Paring Knife with 3 1/4" blade, a Paring Knife with 3 1/4" wavy blade, a Paring Knife with 3 1/4" sheepfoot blade, a Paring Knife with 3 1/4" wavy sheepfoot blade and a peeler. Each knife has a blade made of high carbon stainless steel, and an extremely durable black nylon handle that is approved by the National Sanitation Foundation. The 6 Piece Forschner Paring Set with black nylon handles is made in Switzerland.
Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades which are hand finished by Victorinox in Switzerland. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
