The C41PBORE5 Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight Knife is a limited Sprint Run edition that features a blade made of REX 45 tool steel. Sure to be a hit with users and collectors alike, this Native 5 Lightweight REX 45 has a 2.95 inch drop point blade made of the aforementioned REX 45 steel, .125 inches thick, with a satin finish, full flat grind and the Spyderco hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The ergonomic burnt orange FRN (fiberglass reinforced nylon) handle, 4.00 inches closed, has a sturdy lockback, a lanyard hole and a 4 position stainless steel pocket clip. The Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight REX 45 has an overall open length of 6.95 inches and it weighs 2.4 ounces. Limited quantities; made in the USA in Golden, Colorado.

The addition of vanadium promotes the formation of vanadium carbides, which provide high wear resistance, fine grain size and increased toughness.
