This C54BMS Spyderco Calypso Knife is a discontinued 1st Production Run item with serial number; BNIB, made in Japan in 1998 - includes original Spyderco tag with note regarding blade centering issue.The C54BMS Spyderco Calypso Knife features a 4.01 inch serrated leaf shaped blade made of VG-10 stainless steel with a full flat grind, swedged spine, and the Spyderco Hole for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black linen micarta handle, 5.20 inches closed, has the Mar-McBurnette back lock, lined lanyard hole and a removable steel pocket clip mounted at the pivot end. The Spyderco Calypso has an overall open length of 9.13 inches, and it weighs 3.12 ounces.
