Spyderco Knives: Spyderco Sliverax Knife, SP-C228CFP

The Spyderco Sliverax Knife - a slim profile EDC designed by Paul Alexander, features a 3.48" drop point blade made of CPM S30V stainless steel, .142" thick, with a satin finish, a full flat grind, the Spyderco hole and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black carbon fiber and G10 laminate handle, 4.64" closed, has ergonomic contours with a pronounced finger groove, nested stainless steel liners, Compression Lock, a lined lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible wire clip mounted at the butt end. The Spyderco Sliverax Knife has an overall open length of 8.00", and it weighs 3.3 ounces. Made in Taiwan.

Big blade that carries small 08/28/2023

This is a fantastic EDC knife. Of the Spyderco line, it carries the best for me compared to the Sage 5 or the PM2 or the Smock. It's super thin and when closed, it's perfectly symmetrical so goes in your pocket very cleanly. The others are great knives, but take up more real-estate in your pocket. Plus, you get the added benefit of a 3.5in blade with an actual 3.5in of cutting surface. It's a great knife.

Yet another home run from Spyderco! This knife is an outstanding collaboration between Spyderco and Dr. Paul Alexander. Fit and finish is excellent and I firmly believe that some of the best Spydercos come out of the Tiachung factory. As always KP customer service is beyond reproach. Buy one you won't be disappointed.
