Knife is sharpened to a razor edge. This service is done on a 2" x 72" Burr King and finished on a Baldor buffer using a leather wheel. Blades are kept cool so overheating is not an issue. Sharpening Choil Add-On - A small notch that is ground into the edge where it meets the unsharpened part of the blade. This can help with keeping your sharpened edge straight. People either hate ‘em or love ‘em. This procedure can also be done at home with a small round diamond file. 

Bronze Heat Colored Hardware Add-On - The knife is disassembled and a small amount of heat is applied to the hardware to change it to a bronze color. This includes any screws, spacers, lanyard tubes, or clips that are satin. Acid stonewashed clips will not be heat colored.

Acid Stonewash Blade / Clip (Satin ONLY) Add-On - Blades and satin finished clips (not coated) are acid stonewashed. Wire clips cannot be acid stonewashed. Sharpening is included with this add-on. Please allow 10 business days for completion.
