Cold Steel Knives: Cold Steel Steel Tiger Knife, CS-49KST

The Cold Steel Steel Tiger - an Indonesian Karambit style knife designed by the late custom knifemaker Steven Likarich and Cold Steel's Lynn C. Thompson, features a 4 3/4" broadly curved hawkbill blade made of Japanese AUS8A stainless steel, 5mm thick, with a taper grind and a stonewash finish. The finger grooved handle has a Griv-Ex core with integral thumb ramp, ring pommel, and a textured black Kray-Ex overmold for non slip grip in any hand position. A Secure-Ex sheath with lashing holes and removable boot/belt clip is included. The Cold Steel Steel Tiger Knife has an overall length of 8 3/4" and it weighs 5 ounces. Made in Taiwan.

Great knife-poor packaging 06/26/2017

The knife was exactly as expected. The service was quick, but the knife box was in a bubble wrapped envelope and did not survive the mail. Personally I would rather pay a little more and receive the package in good condition. I like to keep the box for storage and sometimes as a gift when I'm through playing with the knife.
