The Griptilian Series in S30V! The 557 Benchmade Mini Griptilian is a compact workhorse of an EDC, designed by Mel Pardue, that features a 2.91 inch tanto blade made of CPM S30V premium stainless steel, .100 inches thick, with a notched thumb ramp for secure grip, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The black GFN (glass filled nylon) handle, 3.87 inches closed, has checkered texturing and notches for secure purchase, sturdy AXIS Lock, and a side to side reversible pocket clip mounted at the butt end. The Benchmade 557 Mini Griptilian Knife has an overall open length of 6.78 inches, and it weighs 2.79 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.
