The 537GY Benchmade Bailout Knife is a featherweight tactical EDC that features a 3.38 inch tanto blade made of tough CPM 3V tool steel, .090 inches thick. The blade has a non reflective tactical gray Cerakote ® finish, a top swedge to lessen weight, and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The slim profile black Grivory handle, 4.71 inches closed, has checkered texturing for secure grip, sturdy AXIS Lock, an aluminum pommel (for strength without weight) with integral lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible deep carry steel mini clip mounted at the butt end. The Benchmade Bailout Knife has an overall open length of 8.07 inches, and it weighs a mere 2.05 ounces. Proudly made in the USA.

This axis lock folder has a lot in common with the Bugout. It is very slim, lightweight and with very smooth action. I find it is a really nice size and great for carry. The more I use axis lock knives, the more I like them. It's hard to find fault at any level with this Bailout folder.
