Forschner kitchen knives feature high-carbon stainless steel blades. A special tempering process produces an edge that can be resharpened again and again. All Victorinox handles are ergonomically designed to minimize wrist tension.
This Forschner Bread Knife features a 9" stainless steel blade with NSF logo etch. The handle and the blade are slightly offset. The handle is made from nylon, and has been approved by the National Sanitation Foundation. Made in Portugal with Victorinox quality control.
