The illustrated Forschner Knife is the Forschner Paring Knife with 3 1/4" sheepfoot blade made of stainless steel. The handle is made from black nylon, and has been approved by the National Sanitation Foundation.
Forschner Knives, Paring Knives with Nylon Handles-these little paring knives are super good! They have high carbon stainless steel blades, sharpen easy and seem to hold a good edge. The handles are made from an extremely tough nylon material and are almost indestructible. We have sold them in our retail store for years, and they have always been a great gift for the ladies or men.
