The illustrated Old Timer Knife is the Sharpfinger Old Timer Knife that features a 3 1/2" upswept fixed blade made of stainless steel. This Old Timer knife has full tang construction with sawcut brown Delrin scales, Old Timer shield and a lanyard hole. A genuine leather sheath is included. The Sharpfinger Old Timer Knife has an overall length of 7 1/4". This Sharpfinger Old Timer Knife is imported.

My old timer 152 OTBC black camouflage 11/03/2018

In November 2014 my dad brought a friend and I the schrade old timer 152OTBC sharp finger at our local tractor supply store in Marietta Ohio I used it that hunting season and even got to use it when squirrel hunting I’ve even used it to rabbit hunting as well. The newer series old timers 152 sharp finger is a Chinese production model and is made from 7CR17 steel which is a Chinese steel that is equivalent to the USA 440 steel. I have used it every year since then and have sharpened it several times and it will get really razor sharp and stay that way depending on what ya are hunting. I have never had any issues with this knife at all mine is all camouflage handle and all black blade and this knife is holding up really well so well that I went and bought the old timer 158OT with gut hook haven’t got a chance to use it yet I bought the 158OT in March 2017 so I will be definitely be putting it to use this upcoming hunting season.

I ordered two of the smaller Old Timer knives for my kids, 6&8 for Easter. I had each of them engraved with their names, which the girls loved. I have an original Old Timer that was my dads for many years before he passed in 97’. I know the company has changed but it’s still a great knife! I have a small issue with how challenging going. Is to lull the knife out of the sheath due to the buckle getting in the way and hooking in the bottom edge of the blade, but that should improve as the leather softens. The new knives don’t have the same quality case I noticed.
I was impressed at the ease of ordering, the speed with which they were engraved and shipped- making it in time for Easter!
The engraving is a bit small but looks nice. Would be nice to have a size option for lettering.

Great little knife. Sharp right out of box. Good knife for skinning fits well in hand.stainless steel sharpens well and holds edge well.
