The illustrated Cold Steel Knife is the Kitchen Classics Cold Steel Steak Knife that features a 4 5/8" serrated blade made of German 4116 stainless steel, 1.5mm thick. The handle of this Cold Steel Knife has a sturdy Zy-Ex core and a textured Kray-Ex overlay for secure, non slip grip. The Cold Steel Steak Knife has an overall length of 8 5/8", and it weighs 1.6 ounces.

The Cold Steel Kitchen Classics feature flat ground blades, and deeply textured Kray-Ex handles molded over a stiff Zy-Ex core. The Kray-Ex handles provide a non-slip grip when wet or coated with food particles.
