The KABAR TDI Shark Bite - a compact EDC neck knife, features single piece black Ultramid synthetic construction. The 2.625" spear point blade area has a swedged tip, a notched thumb rest for secure grip, and a sheath retention aperature. The textured handle has a pistol grip style curve for secure purchase. A snap fit black Ultramid sheath with lashing holes and a bead neck chain is included. The KA-BAR TDI Shark Bite has an overall length of 5.125", and it weighs .15 pounds. Proudly made in the USA.

I ordered this for one reason: to use if necessary as a last means of self defense. It will get you past a metal detector as well. Not exactly razor sharp out of the box, but will easily puncture skin, especially the neck area. I hope I never have to use it but if I do I believe it will do the trick. Bigger than I thought it would be. Sheath holds very well. I recommend. Also USA made which is a perk!

Excellent. Can be razor-sharpened on leather strop with green sharpening compound. Also, metal detector proof. I recommend this item.
