The illustrated Cold Steel Knife is the Extra Large Cold Steel Recon 1 Knife that features a 5 1/2" tanto blade made of Carpenter CTS XHP stainless steel, 4mm thick. The blade of this Cold Steel knife has a non reflective black DLC finish and dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening. The textured black G10 handle, 6 3/4" closed, has finger grooves and a notched thumb rest for secure grip, the Tri-Ad Lock and a lanyard hole. A steel pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Cold Steel knife. The Extra Large Cold Steel Recon 1 Tanto knife has an overall open length of 12 1/4", and it weighs 8.3 ounces.
