Cold Steel Knives: Cold Steel Mini AK-47 Knife, CS-58TMCAK

The illustrated Cold Steel knife is the Cold Steel Mini AK-47 knife, designed by Andrew Demko, that features a 2 3/4" clip point blade made of Carpenter CTS XHP stainless steel, 3mm thick. The blade of this Cold Steel knife has a non reflective black DLC coat, and patented thumb plate for ambidextrous one hand opening, as well as open on withdrawal. The grooved black G10 handle, 4 3/8" closed, has the Tri-Ad Lock and an extended pommel with lanyard hole. A metal pocket clip is mounted at the butt end of this Cold Steel knife. The Cold Steel Mini AK-47 knife has an overall length of 7 1/8" when open and it weighs 2.4 ounces.

I got this for my boyfriend and he likes it. It is a nice size knife for him to carry around daily and use at work and around the house. He says that he really likes it except that the only thing he would change is the little piece that is on top of the knife right where the top of the blade and handle meet, that sometimes gets caught when he is taking it out of his pocket, which makes the knife open as he is pulling it out. He doesn't really like that, but he says its tolerable. Overall, I would day it was a good buy.
