The Cold Steel Western Hunter is part of the Cold Steel Commercial Series - a line of affordable kitchen cutlery for professional butchers, chefs and hunters alike. The Western Hunter features a 6" drop point skinner fixed blade made of German 4116 stainless steel, 2mm thick, with a high polished finish and a flat grind. The ergonomic handle has tough Zy-Ex core with a soft, food safe Kray-Ex overmold for comfortable secure grip. A Secure-Ex belt sheath is included. The Cold Steel Western Hunter Knife has an overall length of 11 1/4" and it weighs 4.4 ounces. Made in Taiwan.
