The illustrated Case Knife is the Smooth Black G10 (1010096SS) Case Small Texas Toothpick Knife that features an "as ground" long clip blade made of Tru-Sharp surgical steel with a nail nick for opening. The Smooth Black G10 handle of this Case knife, 3" closed, has a nickel silver Case Oval shield and nickel silver bolsters. The Case Small Texas Toothpick Knife with Black G10 handle weighs 1 ounce.

G-10 is a highly compressed epoxy resin and glass fiber composite. The resulting material is exceptionally strong, has thermal insulating properties, and is impervious to most chemicals.

Please Note: the "as ground" blade finish is not polished.

I love Case knives, they're classic. Unfortunately I've gotten numerous recently that weren't very good. Not sharp, weak springs, bad grinds, blades riding the liners, etc and the list goes on. They need to pull it together as their competitors are putting out A grade for same or similar money. Sad.
This is no fault of Knivesplus but I won't buy anymore Case for a long time maybe ever.
