Columbia River Knife and Tool: CRKT M16 Special Forces, Slim Profile Aluminum, CR-M1613SF
The illustrated CRKT knife is the Slim Profile CRKT M16 Special Forces Knife, designed by Kit Carson, that features a 3.50" part serrated tanto blade made of AUS8 stainless steel, .118" thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 58-59. The blade of this CRKT knife has a non reflective black Titanium Nitride finish, dual thumb studs for ambidextrous one hand opening and dual Carson Flippers that form a guard when open. The handle, 4.625" closed, has stainless steel InterFrame construction with drilled black 6061 T6 aluminum scales, a liner lock and AutoLAWKS. A four position stainless steel belt / gear clip is included with this CRKT knife. The Slim Profile CRKT M16 Special Forces Knife with aluminum handle has an overall open length of 8.25", and it weighs 3.6 ounces.
