This Old Hickory knife has full tang construction with a red white and blue plastic handle. The Old Hickory Watermelon Knife has an overall length of 17".

Editor's note: Old Hickory has changed the thickness of it's steel to keep the price low and make them even easier to sharpen. Also, the newer models will not have the traditional roll marked blades or Old Hickory stamped on the handles.
