These are his comments: very smooth action with no break-in period required, g10 scales are superbly textured for a secure grip, excellent lock up, and the s30v blade is irresponsibly sharp. 10/10 would cut a bish with this fine companion to my yojimbo 2.
Spyderco Approves 07/19/2021 ByNeto I walked into spyderco’s factory in Golden Co. and got talking to one of the friendly staff members, ended up showing this great looking Yojumbo and he was impressed. It was the first time id actually shown it off. Honestly even if you don’t show it off you'll love it. These are selling like pan cakes, not even spyderco has any Yojimbo/or Yojumbo in stock. So grab one while you can.
One thing you will need to do is, add lubricant, not that it wont come with any, but it needs to settle as the whole blade has been stone washed and its not yet smooth on the pivot. I've had mine for a few months now and its perfect. So just be patient and practice with the opening and closing.
I bought this one because i couldn’t wait for the black edition, and as i said, they're selling out fast.

Wow06/24/2021 ByBen Coming from absolutely loving a Paramilitary 2 to trying this monster.. it is definitely heavier on the blade end because it is larger. However that weight displacement makes a drastic difference for slicing through nearly everything because the weight does more of the work for you. The G10 grip is much much more rigid on this model as well. I paid the extra $8.99 express shipping for 2 days and it got processed on a Wednesday morning and arrived Thursday by lunch time.. coming from Texas and arriving on my porch in Pennsylvania. Knivesplus, you’ve definitely got my business for my next purchase!
