A tough to beat steak knife!04/09/2026 ByStan These knives are an excellent value for the price, and the thin blades arrived sufficiently sharpened for their intended purpose. Too early to comment on edge retention. What most distinguishes these knives from more expensive counterparts is their weight. Very little heft due to the nylon handle. Still, I’d buy them again.
Use For Everything04/03/2021 ByRH in CT I've had half a dozen of these for over a decade. They hold an edge, and a moment with a sharpening steel touches them up fine enough to slice a ripe tomato. Besides regular paring knife chores they make great steak knives. Everyone seems to expect steak knives to have wavy edges, so some guests seem dubious about these... until they use them. An amazing bargain in my opinion.
