Spyderco Manix Spring Kit - Ceramic Ball - Light Spring
It Works07/24/2025 ByErin D The light spring kit works. My manix 2 & dodo are much easier to deploy now. My thumb and finger pads are thanking me.
Awesome as always07/16/2025 ByMichael Cassani This is the sixth set I’ve installed, always consistent and smooth. Excellent quality and so far has survived a lot of use and fidgeting.
Improvement07/09/2025 Bybrian sullivan The spring and bearing worked exactly like I'd hoped it would. My Manix is perfect now.
Nice modifications06/28/2025 Byjsk Lost my stock spring during a recent teardown (predictably, in retrospect). But was never happy with its tension. Crazy hard and uncomfortable to operate.
But these replacements were like getting a new and improved Manix 2 that I will actually carry and use. Super smooth bearing and easy spring operation, but still plenty of tension to keep closed in the pocket. Very pleased with these modifications -- definitely improved my knife.
Works well - Spring too light04/24/2025 BySkyler Wasn't too bad to put in, I followed along a couple of videos on YouTube. The bearing is nice, the spring was too light so I stuck with the manufacturer spring
Lightweight spring04/22/2025 Bycody banks Installed on a manix 2 that i swapped from cruwear micarta too awt anodized scales, this spring is a little bit lightweight, but very smooth with the setup I'm running.
Love it03/11/2025 ByKevin James Makes a huge difference Can't be more happy with it. The action feels like a well broken in axis lock. Drops close with the most satisfying clink.
Excellent Spring02/26/2025 ByPETE I got this lightweight spring kit to install in my Spyderco Manix 2. I can say that this spring kit made such a huge difference that I came back and ordered another set to install in another knife. I highly recommend.
Tech’d out LW Manix 212/20/2024 ByPhilip Brosch The final pieces too my rebuilt Manix , the ceramic ball makes for very smooth operation and the light spring instills the operation although imo the spring is just a little too light as the blade easily opens from the closed position.
