The CIVIVI C805B Aquila is a high quality value price EDC produced by CIVIVI, a subsidiary of WE Knife Company, that features a 3.45 inch drop point blade made of Japanese VG-10 stainless steel, .13 inches thick, with a Rockwell hardness of 59-61, a hollow grind, swedged spine, satin finish, notched thumb ramp for secure grip, and a flipper for ambidextrous one hand opening. The textured green G10 handle, 4.85 inches closed, has steel liners for strength (in a contrasting gold color for visual interest), pivot with ceramic ball bearing support for smooth opening, sturdy liner lock, notched G10 back spacer with integral lanyard hole, and a side to side reversible titanium pocket clip mounted at the butt end.
