I am not sure why Spyderco does not put deep carry clips on by default. This fit perfectly, and was able to have a deeper carry without everyone seeing the top quarter of my knife.

Just what my Spyderco Paramilitary 2 needed a deep carry pocket clip. I can now carry my knife and not have half an inch exposed above my pocket. I am extremely satisfied and waiting for a black one to come in for another Spyderco paramilitary 2.

These clips are fantastic upgrades for any knife, especially Spyderco's! They have the perfect amount about pressure against the scale to keep your blade in your pocket without making it a pain to get into your pocket. Aesthetically, they're very pretty but if you ask nicely... Danner might hook you up with some Mayhem finish on your clip! I really wish I could upload a picture of some of the work they have hooked me up with. Don't wait on this clip, buy it, have it ano'd and slap it on your knife while they are still in stock!
