this is a wonderful knife just like the bk9 which I purchased first.very functional and stands up to the elements.Both the bk7 and bk 9 are workhorse knives!

I have given 7 of these knives to children and grandchildren, they cut, and go through trees and wood like they were made from butter.. Sharpens quickly and always sturdy. A very great outdoor knife.
