Not a fan of the yellow, but awesome04/24/2025 BySkyler I swapped the scales, but that certainly was a personal choice. I saw a comment on the video I watched of the scale swap tutorial that said this will "magna-cut the fuck out of you", and that is certainly true. I barely nicked my pinky and it bled for 2 days!
Shipping was quick and I was very happy. Will keep an eye on this merchant for future purchases
Happy02/18/2025 ByMark Metrovich Very happy with the purchase, shipping through USPS was a bit slow but that's not their fault plus I think many of us have been spoiled by Amazon Prime having something at your door the next day. This was 20 bucks cheaper than the big A though. Will be back.
So much to say...06/30/2024 ByJoel Gun The fact that every aspect of this knife was thought out with great consideration really shows. With research, I found that not only the materials they used are tough enough for salt water but that the interaction of those materials work together to aid in corrosion resistance. Performs well06/06/2024 ByPeter A The knife came very sharp, with even bevels and a centered blade with no play when open. Closing initially took a bit of effort, but loosened with time. The magnacut blade responded well to an quick edge smoothing (Venev 7/5 and 3/2 stones), and still looks great at 40x magnification after a week of use. As best I could, I maintained the factory bevel. The folks in Golden know how to grind and sharpen. The manix is a great design for a Montanan who lives on a dirt road off a dirt road, and is active around the house and surrounding woods. The blade cuts well, affords multiple secure grip positions, and turns out to be very practical for most “country living” tasks. This is a wide folder, and fits well in a sheath on my belt. The clip came off right away, and this knife would be large in a pocket. So far, the linerless scales have seemed strong enough, even though I was skeptical before receiving the knife. I still would prefer some minimal liners, but this design is light and certai
