Everything is perfectly lined up and the blade is perfectly centered .This is the first set of titanium scales I've purchased and I wasn't sure what to expect. They're definitely not as lightweight as aluminum but I don't see that as a drawback. They totally changed the overall feel of the knife. It's rock solid. Most of all, I love the finish. They're perfectly patinaed (is that a word?). 11 out of 10 would recommend
