Best Pocket Knife04/18/2015 ByMike I collect knives, but carry only one, this one. I use it to only cut food while out. As i use it for fruits I may carry along when fishing - hunting. But certainly when i am eating meat at any restaurant as I find most knives to be used no where near the sharpness of this knife. And it sharpens with 3 easy strokes per side.
