I have sharpened my own knives, kitchen, pocket, fillet, and skinning blades all my life. Purchasing not one, but two Strop Blocks was the best investment I could have made!

I bought the regular Strop Block for my folders, it worked so well, I bought another for my kitchen knives.Throw away your steel, you won't need it. Sharpen your knives first, THEN hone that edge the way you like it on the Strop Block.

If I can purchase an item that is not only affordable, but actually works, I'm a happy man. Money well spent, thanks Knives Plus. I have no connection to Knives Plus, but I'm big fan now.

I bought this strop as a gift (my third one). For over 60 years I have used a leather strop for final touches on an edge. It makes a radical difference. Growing up poor and learning to use any old piece of latigo leather with my father's guidance for this was adequate, but these strops by Knives Plus are a radical improvement in appearance and performance. I have both sizes of the green one and an earlier white version--all excellent. My friend loved this one as a gift. The videos by Knives Plus are also excellent. All compliments, no complaints! You guys know what you are doing!

Wow, what an amazing strop. I'm a wood carver and have tried other strops out and this one is a game changer. I'm not 100% sure why it works so much better, but it does. I've had trouble in the past getting the edge I wanted for carving, but with this one I am getting it. I highly recommend it.

I've owned this strop Block for over 10 years and have used it weekly. I recently purchased 2 more 1 for me and 1 for my son and will retire the old one as a backup. O really didn't need to get a new strop block for my self do to the old one still working perfectly.

I would highly recommend this product if your looking for a strop.

I bought my original strop in 2018, and also bought the white one when it was still available. So, first one lasted me about 7 years. Keep it in a sealed bag… if it dries out, put a few drops of Olive Oil onto it and rub in (don’t use too much). Thanks KP.

This is a awesome i mean awesome strop!!! It comes loaded already with the green gripping paste! I have used it twice already and out performs any other strop! For what you get i really want to thank KNIVES PLUS for a strop that should be twice as much. Really would buy again anytime!! Buy one you will love it. Thanks again KNIVES PLUS!! !

This strop block was just what I needed. Trying to strop a knife on a barber's strop only seemed to round the bevel, and as I am trying to get more proficient at using water stones, that wasn't helping. So glad you make these!
