This is a awesome i mean awesome strop!!! It comes loaded already with the green gripping paste! I have used it twice already and out performs any other strop! For what you get i really want to thank KNIVES PLUS for a strop that should be twice as much. Really would buy again anytime!! Buy one you will love it. Thanks again KNIVES PLUS!! !

This strop block was just what I needed. Trying to strop a knife on a barber's strop only seemed to round the bevel, and as I am trying to get more proficient at using water stones, that wasn't helping. So glad you make these!

I bought my first of these strop blocks about 8 years ago. It has held up well and is easy to use to get a keen edge. I just bought another one after giving mine away.

This strop is amazing, does what it supposed to, you don't have to load it withe compound. I diffinety recommend. Put this in yor field kit you can't go wrong. Shipping was fast,and price is awesome.

These strops work, and work fast. The compound is of good quality, is applied consistently, and the strop itself is well put together. I've made my own in the past -- but these just work better for me.

This came recommended by Joe Rosenthal in the gift guide section of his wonderful richardeaglespoon.com website. My ceramic honing rod does a pretty good job, but Joe, who I deeply trust, said this is much better. The strop being so reasonably priced, I gave it a shot.

So glad I did! This thing is great: dead simple to use, and privdes a super-sharp edge. Watch the short instructional video: it works exactly as advertised. The one thing I wish it had was rubber feet to keep it from sliding on my kitchen counter, but even without them it's easy enough to use (and I can get a set of stick-ons for it no problem).

Cannot recommend it highly enough.

After several years of use on my first Knives Plus strop block I decided to purchase another one. Now I have two. I apply a few drops of olive oil, as recommended, to keep my first strop good as new. Makes my knives razor sharp. Excellent product. Made in the USA.
