Not exactly what I was hoping for06/05/2015 ByBriGuy This opener is made from plastic. For 6 bucks, it is a good deal - and works just fine. I was hoping for a "real" Kabar handle with a metal opener - silly me... It probably says plastic somewhere in the description but I must have missed it. If Kabar would make one out of real knife components I would pay 20 -30 bucks happily. All in all, I am satisfied with what I got - looks cool and works very well, and cost 6 bucks.
