It is small enough to be comfortable yet big enough to get the job done. The nest thng is the assisted opening, It is a one hand operation. Generaly when I need my pocket knife I am holding some thing in my other hand so I can open the blade with one hand. . The third thing is that I can also close the blade with one hand. I like this knife so well that I have bought two more for my sons. . To me a knife is a tool and it always helps to be handy and easy to use.
